Use Stable Secretary with Accounting Software

Option 1: Use Stable Secretary for Invoicing, and other software for Accounting

1. Send invoices and record payments in Stable Secretary.
2. Deposit money in your bank.
3. Record an Income entry in your accounting software for the date and amount of your deposit.

Option 2: Use Stable Secretary for Recording Billable Items, and other accounting software for Invoicing and Accounting

1. Run the Cost Report or the Invoicing Report anytime from Stable Secretary to see all billable items within any time period.
2. Create and send invoices through your accounting software.
3. Track payments and record income through your accounting software.
