Manage Account
- Go to Settings -> Your Account -> Username and Password.
- Update information, click “Update”.
Manage Subscription
- Go to Settings -> Your Account -> Subscription.
- Your current subscription level, started on date, price plan, current number of active horses, and available number of horses to add will be displayed.
- Use the left-hand “Change product of plan” button to upgrade or downgrade your subscription or billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Use the middle “Update payment info” button to update / change either the card on file or the bank account linked to the account. Click “Save”.
- The right-hand “Cancel subscription” button will pop out a menu to select a reason for cancellation, then click either “submit” or “changed my mind”.
If your subscription has lapsed or you are returning to our service (welcome back, your previous stable info is still here safe and sound, thank you!), simply log in with your same email and password as before, follow the form to choose a new subscription type, update payment info, then click “Save”.
