Message Board online
- Click the chat icon in the upper right header.
- Existing messages will be shown. Click the “Add message” button on the right side to write a new message.
- Give the message a title and body. Add attachments if need be.
- A push and email notification can be sent to selected team members for increased visibility.
- Choose if it needs to be pinned at the top all the time by ticking that box.
- Toggle on/off visibility to owner/client team members.
- Click “Save”, or “Save and Send”.
If there are unread messages when a team member logs in online, the icon will be red color.
Admin and Stable Manager team members can add, view, and delete messages. Stable Employees can add, edit and delete their own authored messages, while viewing all messages. Owner/client team members can view only messages that are toggled ON as being visible to owner/clients.

Click the chat bubbles icon in the lower right of the horses/ main page to view the message board.
- To add a new message, click the “+” in the upper right while in the message board OR use the big + menu and choose message from the lower section.
- Give the message a title and message body. Add attachments if need be.
