Start a Free Trial for 30 days, or go ahead and Subscribe immediately! You will enter your account information (username and password), and you’ll select a Product, Plan. You can pay monthly or annually, via credit card or ACH payment.

Yes! We understand that your business may grow or shrink over time. It’s easy to change your subscription Product or Plan anytime. Just click “Subscription” on your Settings page to make changes.

You do not need to install anything on your computer – the online software and data are hosted on a secure server. You will need to download the Mobile App for your iPhone or Android. Once you have logged into StableSecretary – online or via the mobile app, you will use easy forms to Add Contacts, Horses, Information, Records, and Scheduled Events.

Yes, you will still be able to enter most records and view information on your phone even when there isn’t an Internet connection. It will sync automatically to enter or download any new information once a connection becomes available.

Stable Secretary works on a Mac, a PC, a tablet, the iPhone, and the Android.

StableSecretary is integrated with Quickbooks Online. Once your connection is enabled, you will be able to export payments. Soon (Spring 2024) you will also be able to export invoices.
