Support – Viewing and Sorting Records

The Records tab on a Horse profile page shows the records for that specific horse, and can be filtered by Item type and Period date range (click the green button “Go” to apply filters). Records can be edited and deleted from this view.

If a horse has recurring records, a yellow info bar will appear. Click the title to expand the menu and view the active recurring records for that horse. Click the yellow button to edit the recurring record job.

Records List

Select options at the top of the page to filter Records.

  • Filter by individual or multiple horses OR a tagged group of horses.
  • Filter by individual or multiple contacts OR a tagged group of contacts.
  • Filter by record type in the “Items” filter (all records, all health or service records types, or specific health or service record types).
  • Select specific time periods to define how far back or forward to search for records. (Many times a missing record can be found by widening the date range of the search)

Records Calendar

The Records Calendar shows Notes; Health, Service, Breeding, Renewal records; Next Due/Past Due Dates for records; and Competition dates and entry due dates.

Filter Records on Calendar by Horse(s), Account(s), or Record Type(s).

Share the Records Calendar by clicking the “Print” button. Use the destination drop menu in the print dialogue box to save the records calendar as a PDF to share as an attachment to anything OR print it to have a hard copy on hand.


Use the funnel button on the right hand side of the Records tab to sort and filter Records. If you wish to view records that are not included in the default date range, use the button at the bottom to run an Activity Report for that horse.

To edit or delete a record, tap it, make changes and tap “Save”, or tap the trash can delete icon in the upper right.

To add records to that horse, tap the small “+” button in the Records tab.

To view a list of Records on mobile app, go to the Reports and select Activity Report where you can filter records by horse, record type, account, and date range.

View Activity Report as a Calendar view by clicking the calendar icon in the upper right of the report.

Records can be edited or deleted from this report – make sure to press the “update” button at the bottom to save the changes. Tap the trash can that appears in the upper right to delete a record. Double confirm in the popup.
