Support – Tags for Contacts


Tags can only be created and managed by Admin and Stable Manager team members.

Any Team Member can use tags to filter, sort, or search by.


Navigate to Settings -> Your Stable -> Tags.

  • In step 1, choose to group People.
  • In step 2, select individual or multiple people/contacts to group.
  • In step 3, type a new Tag name followed by a comma or press enter, or select an existing tag from the dropdown.
  • Press “Assign tags”

Managing tags can also be done from:

  • Contact’s profile page, “manage tags” under their name, below “Roles”.
  • When adding or editing a contact profile, in the “Tags” section.

Create, edit, delete tags for contacts online

  1. Tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen to open the main menu -> Settings -> Tags.
  2. Choose the “People” tab to show the existing tags.
  3. Tap the “+” in the upper right of either tab to add a new tag.
    • Enter the name and choose which people/contacts to add to that tag, tap “Save”.
  4. Edit existing tags by tapping on them, can change name and/or members, tap “Save”.
    • Tap the trash can and double confirm in the popup to delete the tag.

Managing tags can also be done from:

  • The Tags icon in the upper right of the Contacts page.
