Support – Tags for Horses


Tags can only be created and managed by Admin and Stable Manager team members.

Any Team Member can use tags to filter, sort, or search by.


Navigate to Settings -> Your Stable -> Tags.

  • In step 1, choose to group Horses.
  • In step 2, select individual or multiple horses to group.
  • In step 3:
    • Select an existing tag from the dropdown to add those horses to.
    • Type a new Tag name followed by a comma to create a new tag for that group of horses.
  • Press “Assign tags”.

Managing tags can also be done from:

  • Horses tab, small “Tags” button under the big ADD button.
  • Horse’s profile page, “manage tags” under the owner/billpayer names.
  • When adding or editing a horse profile, in the “Grouping Info” section.

Create, add records to, and manage by tag Online

  1. Tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen to open the main menu -> Settings -> Tags.
  2. Choose the “Horses” tab to show the existing tags.
  3. Tap the “+” in the upper right to add a new tag, enter the name and choose which horses to add to that tag, tap “Save”.
  4. Edit existing tags by tapping on them, can change name and/or members, tap “Save”.
    • Tap the trash can and double confirm in the popup to delete the tag.

Managing tags can also be done from:

  • The tags icon when it appears in the upper right of a page.
  • On a horse’s profile page, “Details” > “Tags”.
