Add Health Records

Use the Add Health Record Form to add Vaccinations, Deworming, Medications, Farrier Visits, and more.  Then, you can use Health Reports and receive Due Date Reminders.  

Click “Add” button and choose “Health Record”. Select the Health Type, Horse(s), and fill in details. Click “Save”.

Tips:
* Add records to Groups of Horses by selecting multiple Horses.
* Use “Apply to all” link to fill in the same value for all Horses.
* Use “Add another record” link to add multiple records for one Horse.

Add Service Records by Horse and/or by Account

Add Service Records by Horse when they relate to a Horse (bodyclipping, trailering, etc). Add Service Records by Account when they relate to an Account (lesson, equipment, etc).  

Click “Add ” button and choose “Service Record”. Use the “By horse” tab to add records that relate to a Horse. Use the “By account” tab to add records that relate to an Account. Select the Horse(s) or Account(s), and fill in details. Click “Save”.

Add Notes

Use the Add Notes Form to add anything noteworthy about a Horse.  

Click “Add” button and choose “Note”. Select the Horse(s) and fill in details. Click “Save”.

Add Breeding Records

Use the Add Breeding Record Form to add breeding events for mares and stallions.  

Click “Add” button and choose “Breeding Record”. Select the Event Type, Horse(s), and fill in details. Click “Save”.

* Use “Add another record” link to add multiple records for one Horse.

Add Recurring Events.

Use Recurring Events to automatically log services, medications, general health events, and therapies that happen on a regular schedule.

Click “Add” button and choose “Recurring Event”. Select the Horse and the Record Type, and fill in details and the recurrence schedule. Mark Event as billable if it is. Choose “Custom Schedule” to enter recurrence schedule. Click “Save”, confirm your decisions, and give three cheers for time-saving automation!

Note: Do not use Recurring Events for vaccinations, therapies, farrier, worming, or joint injections. Those health records already generate their own schedule with Reminders and should not be logged automatically.
